How can I add "Type/Class" in "BuildingTemplate" mod with in-game Mod Editor?

I tried to realize this mod idea (Martian Ecological Gardens) on my own.
(Petty changes : Martian Ecological Gardens will be an independant buildings, not be upgraded from Farms.)

But when I made "Martian Ecological Gardens" mod and added "BuildingTemplate" then I confused from even in the beginning.

My question is below.

1. Please open the link above and see 1st screenshot. What do I have to fill the fields which is under the red-squared parameters?
At first I chose "Class" and "Entity" to that of Low-G Amusement Park because I thought these 2 buildings are similar to their role for Tourists. But it seems that Martian Ecological Gardens have its own Class and Entity. How can I create a Class that include Martian Ecological Gardens only?
I managed to learn what Entity is : It seems that Entity is a graphic model that shows a building's appearance. Was I understand correctly?

2. Please see 2nd screenshot. When I tried to set its consumption, the only thing that I can set was Power. I wanted to set consumptions to all of the consumables (Power, Water, Oxygen) but the Mod Editor shows only Power.
How can I make my Martian Ecological Gardens to consume all of the consumables? It seems that the answer of 1st question is that of 2nd question simultaneously.

So my question will be that below sentences.

How can I make Class for my Martian Ecological Gardens and set that class' code to represent Martian Ecological Gardens correctly?
Is it unable with only in-game Mod Editor? Should I have to learn LUA to do it?
