I can't seem to re-install mods from the workshop.
So I've decided that I want to get back into this after having previously deleted the game (not because I disliked it, just to make space). However, some of the mods I had previously subscribed to don't seem to want to install again. Now a few things of note are that I was able to get some of the missing mods back from Nexus, and I've seemingly fixed my inability to download new mods.

However, I can't seem to download anything that I acquired before today (even mods like "Tougher Bosses", which I DLed yesterday to see if I could even install them), and my mod manager is saying I'm missing a few dependencies I once had. One of these is the Summon Rework Core, which isn't on Nexus.

I've already cleared my DL cache, made sure the DL region is correct, made sure I'm not subscribed to Steam Beta, re-subscribed to a mod from the overly, re-subscribed while in big picture mode, and re-installed Steam. I've also installed Steam onto all 3 of my drives, as well as making sure to activate them all in the settings menu. So if there's anything else you guys can suggest, I'd greatly appreciate it.
