Cannot join server running Coop workshop maps with friends

More people have this issue? When i start a server its all fine but other party cannot join, its downloading map and restart SS4 over and over again. Same when he runs server its all fine but when i want to join it tries to download the map and restarts the game over and over again..

The automatic mod downloader has had problems since Fusion, unfortunately. Have whoever's hosting enter this into the console:
net_bSubscribedItemsChecking=0

Of course, be sure everyone downloads the required maps/mods before they join.
