I've scoured the workshop and offical website and everywhere I could for a teutonic mod or even a templar mod to no avail, the closest to a templar mod I could find was someone posting a model of a templar from 2015 but never implementing it into a mod or standalone here: https://discourse.stonehearth.net/t/chimes-voxel-creations/10732

If someone could design a teutonic armor and shield mod that would be fantastic, I'm not so much as worried about helmets as I got a mod that covers that bit already, I just really want the armor.
