Exile Citizen?

Someone knows if there's a mod or a way to remove a citizen please ?
I'm kinda afraid that "destroy" on console might cause bug somehow?
+ I whish there was a consoleless way to do this.

You can promote then to a fighter and send alone into battle

this would just make the rest of the hearthlings sad when they died in battle tho. that leaves a lasting debuff on the whole groups morale. I too would love a way to send off a hearthling without leaving the rest of my hearthlings in a negative mindset.
