You can trick this. Put the globe and then put the Earth (it's a separate item woth other planets, like Mars). Rescale the Earth planet to be a little bit larger than the Earth in the globe. Move the planet to mask off the original (not movable) globe. Make the planet turnable. You have to play with the parameters, because of the angle of the axis. And of course pump up the turnable position from 4 to high (eg. 25).
