Every once in a while there's an event where part of the land get's destroyed, usually leading to prisoner escapes and repair costs. Is there any way to prevent this from happening, or at least reduce the likelyhood of it happening? I've played several prisons and eventually they all start just falling apart with nothing I can really do about it
