hey does this mod use custom/ different guns for the Armed guards?

I've been noticing them not firing as much as they used to or their stats are weaker. In my older un-modded save death by shotgun is the cause of about 90% of deaths in my prison (as I always set them to Free fire mode for the authentic concentration camp feel) However despite setting my guards to free fire mode and deploying about 12 of them on patrol basically everywhere i always find them not actually killing anyone.
