/Hypothetically/ anything in the game could be changed like how in Stardew valley you can change character sprites by messing with the files, but it'd be harder here considering you'd probably have to replace characters all together since the sprites and name are likely the same for the intro and full game but also because unlike stardew valley you don't really know where the intro and quiz dialogue is in the files.
There is also always some danger in messing with the game files as you could mess up your game, especially if you're messing with dialogue, player choices, the appearance of several scenes and whole characters.
some things to keep in mind:
-this will no longer be a steam mod, it'd be external since you change the game files
-***I don't know what i'm talking about i could be wrong***
-you would have to do extensive research to make sure you know what you want to change and where and how to change it
-since it'd not longer be a steam/workshop mod, you'd have to find a platform for people to download it on
-people who want to use the mod would have to mess with the files in their game too which means few people would actually get it
TL;DR: you probably /can/, but don't (unless you're a computer genius i guess).
