Attack Helicopters or Planes?

I've seen old posts (2020) discussing adding attack helicopters and planes but nothing recently! What do you guys think?
Personally I think this would add another layer to the game and I really don't think they would be as OP as people are saying. A helicopter would come down with a well placed LAT or HAT or even easier, a tow missile.
What do you guys think?

Is joke. But I've played a few mods with attack helicopters and they're a pain in the ass and really don't fit in with the whole flow of the game. Mostly they're the transport helos with rocket pods attached.
