Mod to remove visitation? Looking to build a SuperMax Prison where Prisoners go to rot

I need a mod that removes the Visitation need in prisoners to build a supermax prison in the artic.

I'm pretty sure they aren't allowed the privilege anyway, check under "Policy"

I mean, they are if you allow it - this policy is free to edit for the most part.

Also - Prisoners don't have "visitation" need - they have "Freedom" and "Family" needs.
You can just skip visitation alogether and put phones wherever. Also a mail room if you're feeling ambitious. Both seem appropriate for arctic prison setting,
