Question about the flagellant heal over time ability: will the cleansing crystal's -15% Bleed chance affect the chance of the bleed being applied to the flagellant when healing? So +40% chance to resist bleed from the trinket then a -15% chance of bleeds being applied, or is that too good to be true. Anyone know?
