it still occurred after copying steam_appid.txt (in the root) to _windows

当我试图上传mod的时候，上传exe提示我未登录。我挂了梯子（全局代理）依然并未解决。按照其他讨论串所说的复制根目录下steam_appid.txt到_windos也并无效果。大佬们有什么好的建议嘛-。-
我在上传xcom2mod汉化的时候也遇到过类似的问题，是因为工坊的api过滤了国内ip，最后通过民间上传工具解决的。。话说红构这里有其他上传工具嘛？
