For example, you could use a slot, have the blowtorch be the key that, once it's settled in the slot, makes a flame. From what my experimentation shows me, a Volumetric light + a set of Sparks might be your best bet, unless you can get an animated texture to work. Make sure to experiment with resizing the "flame" and the speed of the animation, so that it looks like the flame just springs to life instead of animating over a half second. Good luck!
