Change Skillpoints of a lord?

Is there any possibility too punish a legendary lord for being wounded by resetting his skillpoints to 0 or reducing them in any way??

I guess thats to reset own characters. I was more looking for a punishment to enemy AI lords.

Ha ha didn't know you wanted to punish an enemy lord. You could try with Console commands.
This mod would let you debuff his faction as punishment(?)
