Is there a mod to stop idols from graduating?

I'm pretty sick of the graduation mechanic, some girls want to graduate 6 months after I hired them. One time one girl told me she was graduating a month after I hired her. Is there any way to completely stop graduation? A mod, changing something in the game files, anything.
