Mercedes 190E CMS 2021

I see the 190E MB is out but isn't available from the workshop. I'd like to get it, where can I download it from and who is the author?

That mod is no longer available on the workshop. From what I understand there were issues with the mod and the creator pulled it from the workshop (along with their other mods) rather than sort the issues out.
