Is there a mod that forces dead lords & hero’s to just simply stay dead?

I’m fine with legendary lords and even undead coming back after awhile because keeping high value lords alive for ransom was actually a historical thing and undead are what they are.

But in my latest game I have killed the same nobody orc lord 4 or 5 times, chasing him down and making sure. He just comes back, maybe even at a higher level. It’s just tedious and silly.

Same with this pest hero that just runs around damaging buildings over and over. I keep killing him with my assassins and he comes back at higher level and does it even more with a higher success rate.
