anyway one of the 70 or so mods i use is a mod that sets morale in battle so no unit retreats, even works for custom units if you're interested
btw refresh my memory how did the old morale work?
I believe the recent games made it so morale loss can cause a chain affect. Certain tactics like flanking are much more punishing on morale compared to Medieval 2.
I thought Attila had a good balance for unit morale. I believe it might be the same morale system here, but due to Warhammers abilities and unique unit types I end up having entire fresh units flee before they even take any losses.
i think it's more fun with this mod that removes the morale in battles so no unit retreats when i play mortal empires
in multiplayer i think its a great mechanic
as i found this mod i haven't looked for any other morale mod as it's one of my favourite, i hope you find one that you seek :) otherwise i can link this one
