This game was incredible back when the visuals were acceptable.
You could bring different types of ammo (lethal/non lethal), you had difference scenarios, you could solve it without killing, you would shackle people and so on.
It was awesome.
The first two Swat games were also top down tactical games.
A Mod for Thunder Tier One would def. work well, theres everything there for it to work.
All it needed was the scenarios, more ammo types and proper enemies/civilians that dont react like top tier terrorists.
Well and the necessary skins for the law enforcement of your choice.
As I said, a Ready or Not or SWAT 3/4 like Game from Above. Like a "Police Quest SWAT 2" (the prequel to SWAT 3) in modern style!.
SWAT 3/4 introduced me to the Shooter Genre back in the days, so that would be soooo awesome to me!
P.S.: I just saw that there is a "Arrest-Multiplier" in the Settings to higher up the Chance of surrenders, thats such a template for a Police Mod... :D
I read somewhere that its right now not possible to properly mod the game although it was announced to be there from start.
