Modding terrain benefits
Hello all,

I am trying to create a mod where cities produce gold in proportion to the terrain that they farm, with different races being better at farming different terrain (generally, if terrain makes a race happy, then the race can farm it).

Eomolch created a mod called the Racial Heritage Mod, in which High Elves with the Wood Elf Heritage get a bonus of population growth in forests. This is obviously a similar concept, and because Eomolch managed it in his/her mod, I assume that what I am proposing is also possible. But how do I do it?
