Loosing items after throwing them away

I encountered a problem, that some users while playing, holw right mouse button and throw away items that can get afterwards lost in the walls and are not reachable anymore.

Are there existing solution for that problem?

Have obstacles on the walls so that objects cannot pass through,

or setup the areas the items are not allowed with a large slot, and setup the slot as having the items as a reject key which sends them back to the player.

You can see how I implmented it on my "An unprepared forecast" map.
