Should Add more roles
Pretty sure it would be more interesting to have more roles in the game. Perhaps a medic? or a trader for your own community (Income)

pretty sure they should heal when needed so no need for medic and trader unless it had advanced programming would be a cheat? (ie what would they be trading away like set stuff or what and who would they trade with safetly etc...).

Though do agree on more roles being nice though idk how easy and how far modding can do that here.

would be nice tho to have a dedicated medic for the one who is skilled in med and the current auto for it is not always reliable

I was thinking of the opposite: more rest/leisure/relax actions rather than work roles. Best if there is some preference/hobby system. E.g. give a character a guitar and he may start playing it while resting by the fire, with possible audience or even fellow musicians joining in.

Though it may also involve making existing work roles more efficient to balance for the additional rest/entertainment/relax needs (should not be same as sleep which affects physical well-being, but may affect mental well-being e.g. giving bonus/penalty to mood and general efficiency)
