Is it possible to make a mod that shows mobs around you (5/10/15 yards), sort of like a minimap?

In Wow, there are addons that let you see things near you. Is it possible to create a mod that shows you in the middle and any npc's as red in relation to your position?

I think it would be really helpful and kinda cool to see red swarming around you. It will help from the random ratboi left alive hitting you in the back.

Are you trying on the Modded Realm? It won't work on the Official Realm without Approved status.

That's what it was. I tried it on modded realm, and the ui showed up and i saw my icon, but i didnt see party icons or enemies. Otherwise, this is fantastic that it can be done.
