I might have to look at modding... Gah! I just don't have the time to do that... anyone with thoughts on how to do it, let me know if you can.
I'm not a modder, but I'd bet this is definitively doable, as some MCU already add city enchantments, like the crypt as you say.
Each MCU ought to be modded to generate its own "dummy" enchantment,and said enchantments ought to be defined (icons could be the same as MCU).

But wouldn't this somewhat clutter the screen in case of a siege?
And usually you only have 2 or maximum 3 structures in your domain that would apply a unit bonus.
