I'm new to this game but this talk about sanctioned and unsanctioned confused me a bit. Is there a list of sanctioned mods or any specific thing I have to look out for to know if a mod is sanctioned or not? Some look like they're extremely popular, but don't mention if sanctioned or not.

A pointer to the right direction would be appreciated, thank you x)
