Fix my mods! (Please)

I have over 200 mods installed and I'm pretty sure it's starting to kill my game. I'll post screenshots of my error log so that those who're more knowledgeable can discuss my horrible choices and maybe give some input on how to fix them.

And yes, I'm using basemod which may or may not be causing all of this.

Well, the last error is not very informative, but the big one in the middle is saying that one of mod localization files somewhere (under [mod folder]/Localize/[current language]/BattleDialogues) is missing a GroupName attribute. The rest (all the "already exists" lines) are just duplicate names/descriptions and can usually be ignored.
