Anybody interested in a space colony mod?

I'm a junior modder and i was curious if anybody would be interested in a mod to reskin the game into a space colony management sim

Actually, I'll probably wait a while since that's beyond my capabilities atm. But right now im working on both bug fixes, and general improvements to the SCP Mod, and the Papers, Please Mod. I'm going to ask the owners personally before I upload the mods. Generally though it just improves both the mods. For the Papers, Please Mod I'm going to enhance it a bit, by changing it from a prison management into a city sim, with renamed rooms and borders and staff, along with a ton more retextures and new wardens.
