Sea monsters and biome related creatures. You see Tuna and Seabass on almost every grid but what about seeing a sea serpents and sea turtles in more tropical regions while you may find seals and walruses in colder biomes?

A list of said monsters and animals for these regions

Cold regions could have a white variant of the bear so we may see polar bears maybe have them bigger with more damage output.

Seals, Sea Lions, and Walruses could be found in multiple biomes with Walrus in the cold, Sea lions in the tropical and Seals being the jack of all trades. Hell I believe Walrus and some sea lions in real life are large enough to ride, and what is more badass than a Leopard seal? What's more piratey than a literal Sea dog?

Sea turtles can come in grades, large ones like a floating island with rare resources or tons of Mythos or maybe ship parts from many vessels who crashed into them, Sea crates but living and rarer with better loot. Smaller sea turtles could be tamed as an armored sea mount maybe the saddle can be custom and give them harpoon guns. These could be found in tropical regions.

Ice fish, glassy eyed fang toothed fish found in the cold regions and serves the purpose of this areas shark, a Mouth resembling broken glass and an almost eel like body and lifeless eyes. a Frightening thing to find in these seas.

Sea Snakes and Sea Serpents, the latter could be more cold tolerant and be almost a mini-boss, a large frilled sea monster with a snake like body that attacks ships. Sea Snakes could be the oceanic versions of the Cobras and Rattlers, another good source of Venom.

More Sea birds, Pelicans and Albatross in the tropical and large Petrals in the cold, Pelicans can work as a weight reducer for resources and fish could be stored for much longer in their bills, Albatross could upscaled to be like Ark's Pelagornis, a flyer that can land on the surface water without booting the rider. Petrals could be hyper aggressive birds, the cold regions version of a vulture as it attacks penguins and seals. It could harvest resources from these much better than pick of hatchet.

Despite the maps consisting mostly of water... I don't really see a lot in it, let alone a diversity. I hope in future updates that the islands and grids will feel more alive... more exotic with every visit instead of 6 islands in a grid all having elephants and rhinos, maybe one island is a bird rookery, a nesting site for sea turtles, or a rest spot for seals... given the WIP nature of this game and how far its sister(ark) has come, I see many new creatures in this game's future.

Ship items.

Currently people use building materials for houses and such to make their ships different, unique, I would like to propose a few new skins for sails, maybe even new sails all together as well as new figureheads. If anyone has seen Game of thrones, the Silence is a really cool looking vessel with intimidating side sails and a figurehead that seems better for ramming other ships I propose snap points and areas for side sails as well as skins for these sails, I can already imagine the predatory fish-like profile of Junk sails unfolding from the sides. Also I think figureheads reflecting on the animals that can be tamed would be neat as some companies do favor certain animals... The "Green Ravens" may want a Golden crow for their figure head and the "Black Dogs" may want a Silver Wolf... more customization and style options.

Ship armor, snap points for metal plating along ships for better protection. Could be stylized or just simple armor. Some who like the viking theme may think it cool to have knotwork shields or something along the sides of their boats.

Also, some people may want to ditch sails altogether, Merchant ships use large paddling wheels and seem to be powered by steam, It would be awesome to see Ironclad steamboats "metal tier" vessels as a pirate levels his skills and goes up the building tiers.
