Clear water mod

Could someone make a mod that makes water a lot clearer to see through? I know it's unrealistic or perhaps you add goggles to give the affect or a skill tree. I just would like to be able to see through the water more clearly.

You could try my Armory of Ancients mod.
I added an atlantean armor set there and the helmet gives you clear vision.

Hey so looked at the screenshots and it's so clear it's like the water doesn't exist. Is there any way you could modify it to not be quite THAT clear? Like I really don't like not being able to see the surface for example.
