I googled and saw a similar discussion crop up in the community page for a previous iteration of CMS.

I finally realised one of the reasons I love this game. It taps into that nostalgic memory of the old cga game Street Rod. I would pay way more than what is asked for cosmetic mods for a DLC like this.

Go to a classic American diner to meet greasers and other archetypes with their own "pride and joy" vehicles. Street race or drag race for cash bets or pink slips. Build a reputation et cetera.

I know this wouldn't be a trivial feat, but it's something I will continue to dream about.
