How do I place a blueprint under the earthe

hey, I hope someone here can help me, even if the game is not played that often anymore. I found dozen good blueprints in the library, but some of them has to be placed under the earth. How do i do that? It is always blocked.. is there a possibility?

Pressing Shift will allow you to lower and raise anything like a blueprint. Then move your mouse forward or backward depending on where you want to put it

thanks for the answer, sadly not the problem. I want to place it under the earth. Is there a possibility to make that? it says breaking through terrain.
