There's no “should” for this -- coaster stations, despite some similarities (always 8m or 12m wide for example), are too different when building (how long depends on how long you want it, where & which sides you want the entry/exit, etc). You'd do better IMHO to build coaster stations intended to be adapted for any coaster, maybe any 8m wide or 12m wide coaster, rather than for more specific “this is a Giga Coaster Station” and then build the same thing for different coasters.

But I play on Windows, it might be different for consoles. And looking in your Workshop the ones you've done so far are getting some subscribers, you could keep going for them.
