Mods help in multiplayer

What modes are good to use in multiplayer?
My friend and are have tried a few and kept getting desync with the mods we have install.
Could someone give me a few that are good to use in multiplayer please?

neros new z works pretty good by itself its a big overhaul but it breaks random spawns "refugees raiders etc.." its hard to find a good scenario mod that WONT break spawns
the only one ive played so far was the AST Expanded start I think
