How to make custom items?

I tried to make a large plastic bottle, and the item works just fine but i see no way to give the item a image so the icon is blank.

Kinda late but you have to put the image in the Icons folder and it has to have the same name as the item, so it would be for example: Survivalist Invisible Strain\Survivalist Invisible Strain_Data\StreamingAssets\Large plastic bottle\Equipment\Icons LargePlasticBottle.png
The game uses a 128x128 resolution for icons but I think you can use any resolution you want
Also I think its better if you make questions like this in the discussions tab instead of the workshop tab since almost no one uses the workshop discussions lol
