New vehicles question
I want to know why so many cars available on cms18 are not ready for cms21, what is the biggest problem in conversion at the moment or the problem is time in general for conversion ?

Time, and when we port them we of course want to improve them. If you compare a 2018 and a 2021 version of the same mod you'll realize there is a massive difference in quality.
