Your initial post included no details about your mod, and no details about your own modding experience. It also contains multiple spelling and grammatical errors despite being only two sentences long. In the context of an internet forum this is no big deal but in the context of trying to instill confidence in your ability to lead a large scale project is pretty damning.
When asked the most basic follow-up question possible, it took you two weeks to respond. Again, massively damaging to confidence in your ability to lead a project. Also, again, multiple spelling and grammatical errors despite only being two sentences.
If you're actually interested in modding you should start small and develop your own skills before trying to recruit other people. It's extremely rude to recruit people to a project if you lack the skills and experience necessary to complete it, because you're wasting their time. If I'm misinferring your level of experience then I partially apologize and refer back to my original statement, that you should have included your personal experience in your original post.
