A mod that kicks you to a certain point in the game?
Anybody who's played through the game a significant number of times probably wishes that there was a mod around to fasttrack you. Most fasttrack mods just drop you at the end of the cave in Helgen, but I'm looking for a mod that will get me a little further along the main questline.

I specifically want to be fasttracked to the point where the Greybeards send you to retrieve the Horn of Jurgen Windcaller. Skipping the Bleak Falls Barrow, the watch tower, the "oh look the greybeards are summoning you lol", the travel to Ivarstead, the boring climb up the thousand steps, etc. All of this basically feels like a several-hours-long "Tutorial level" after a certain point and it's an exercise in tedium doing it over again when starting a new character.

Does such a mod exist? Is there any mod in general that fasttracks you any further than just the end of the Helgen cae?

The only thing I can think of, offhand, is to pick up one of the various "clean save" mods. I know there are a bunch on nexus, haven't checked steam workshop.

What they amount to is somebody played to a certain point, without mods, then uploaded their save so other people could grab and continue playing.

Maybe Skyrim Unbound Reborn[www.nexusmods.com] is a solution. With this mod you skip the first 4 quest of the main questline, but you still have to go to Bleak Falls Barrow to get the Unrelenting Force shout. You can configure where you want to start the adventure, postpose the appearance of dragons, and lots more.
I'd suggest just using the command console to skip quests. Just make sure you do the section in order otherwise you'll corrupt and bug out your game.

That's not a good suggestion, far from it! Quest stages are not always in numerical order and you may skip important triggers that may advance to the next quest.
