i downloaded a collection from vortex and love the collection, but the author put in a nord bikini woman for the main menu screen and i dont realy like it.

ive tried
removing it
deleting its archive
going into the mod folder itself and deleting the file and picture
purging the mod
disabling it
uninstalling it
screaming at it
deploying the other mods
reinstalling the collection and repeating the above steps
spent hours scouring my mod and skyrim files for it
disabled all mods
tried replacing it with another main menu screen


but lo and behold no matter what i do that picture remains. no matter what i do the nord bikini woman refuses to leave my screen and is determined to get me in trouble with my wife which she will eventually see so i really need help. would rather not reinstall the whole game and spend another hour or two downloading the 200+ mod collection
