I was fiddling around with this idea but honestly would be up to someone a bit more big brained... learning how these scripted_guis work this time around again, ehh, i guess this is a mod suggestion I'm sure like 12 people are already trying out....I can see these population stats being very interesting if new states can be formed out of provinces or at least turned into split states without spending hours in the debug menu.
