I admit, I'm one of those people who easily get lost, have no sense of direction and forget where I find things.
Hence I'd really like to be able to pin map markers at things I want to find back easily later.

Think about flowers, veggies, special trees, a carcass etc.
When I find something nice which is far away nobody will go there on on their own because nobody with the skills is nearby enough. Hence you have to select a sapien first before you can move all the way back to order it to go there.

Additional problem is that when selecting a sapien the orientation often changes, which makes it even more of a search to find that single small object back.

I have no clue where to start with modding a game, so I hope someone sees some merit in this request and would like to help out :)

Adding some icon option to indicate what you are marking (skill markers for example or the icon used for storage) would be a bonus ;)
