Dark Alchemist Aura pet transformation makes the game crash

The title says all. Anyone having this issue?

Is this from a specific mod loaded such as Essentials or another source?

Yep. I have that mod enabled.
So it's a known issue? If I disable would it work?

It depends. If that's the mod that adds the Dark Alchemist Aura Pet then disabling it would remove the item altogether.

It's more likely that the Aura Pet itself is bugged. Would have to notify the author of the mod that adds that item if they are available to fix the issue.
