Seeking a certain class but fergot, do you know which?

Seeking a certain class that used a ball of energy from its fingers, pretty sure it was a lightning based skill. Just one ball and tendrils sprays out of your hand. It was a fun class

For vanilla; the closest class would be Embermage on the Storm skill tree.

For modded classes; Theolentist offers some impressive electric skills.
