Hide certain parts
Would be nice if the skin editor have a feature that hides a part of the weapon, like the grip or barrel. would be easier to skin the parts that aren't visible because another part is blocking the view to it. :3

Do you have any particular weapon in mind for that? I wish we could change the animation of the weapon to be able to pain some details in certain parts that are hidden otherwise, like the Ksp 58 (When you reload and open up the upper part).

Locomotive for example. i would love to hide the foregrip so i can add a bit more detail to the barrel :3

Would be a great idea for pistols too so then you can actually see what youre editing under the rest of the gun

I would like to be able to zoom in more too. It's a pain in the ass to see if your stuff is aligned correctly sometimes.

...And be able to modify mods even if you don't own the DLC for them so people can at least make sure their weapon skin is feature complete. I don't even know why we have to get out of the skin edit screen in order to change mods. And they cost money to boot which discourages people who don't have that much spendable cash.

At least you can save the money spent after you're done with a skin if you alt+F4 before leaving the loadout screen.

I believe allowing any attachment to be used it planned so hopefully no more wasting a few million $$$ on swapping attachments
