HELP PLEASE

whenever i click edit skin my game crashes i dont know why this has never happend

What mods do you have installed and just incase are your on the tournament version?

i have no mods except for a couple photos in pattern thats it and no im not in tournament

So when you click "EDIT SKIN" in your inventory you just crash?
Verify game cache in PAYDAY2s properties

Steam Library
[right click] PAYDAY 2
[left click] Properties
[left click] Local Files
[left click] Verify Intergity of Game Cache

Still not working it keeps crashing whenever i try to change the clour and patterns

Chances are you deleted a basegradient/pattern/patterngradient/sticker which was still applied to the gun. Make a backup and redo the skin again. Be sure to always remove it from the gun before deleting it from the folder, otherwise this happens.
