And An old people's house is impossible to make too. The closest woark-around is to make a Boarding House, marking the oldie's house for destruction so he moves in there, and then cancel the destruction. If you're really lucky a new couple will move in before he claims back his house.
But I will try your idea. Maybe it works.
In the end, if you're managing to stuff several oldies in the boarding house, it will be getting increasingly difficult to get that trick to work as statistically you'll have more and more people in there wanting a real home.
I find it simpler to just build a new house for the fresh couples directly and let oldies keep theirs :P
