mod that lets me build anything, anywhere. Building in the red. Compatible with CC

As the title says.
I tried looking around but found nothing. I did find a post from the cc forums thats over a year old, stating that it would be possible in v1.5, but I havent figured out how it works or found any more info on it.

Basically, I want to be able to build this like:

Those things are inside the latest version of CC, in the Themed Sets, Fort section. Some types of walls will go through slopes. Read the descriptions to find the right one. Same things for regular fences and small stone walls, etc etc. :)
