It always happens, I recall you recognizing custom traits from the fact that they lacked caps once. That is not the author's fault, it's just that downloaded plagues have this. This bug might extend to the local files as well, but after some time during the game the caps eventually load in this case

The scenario was actually supposed to be hidden while I took it down for balancing issues, but the publisher tool apparently ignored my setting. It's been unpublished until I can get that sorted. I appreciate the feedback, though, you made some fair points.)

It sorts itself out only in local files at a certain point during a game, I have yet to see the same happen to the downloaded version, this isn't the only discrepancy between the two versions, for istance, the downloaded version often fails to load custom images for actives and lets thendefault ones, it used to do the same for custom icons in traits andpop-ups, leaving a blank space
