How to create my own custom skin and apply it???

go to the workshop section for tutorials, afaik you cant apply a created skin to your weapon, just submit to workshop and the best skins will be added to future safes

There's a step by step guide (for how not to make a skin). You can't, however, apply it without a mod.

Also you aren't able to apply skins ingame without a mod found on last bullet.
