Workshop Limitations
I am unable to edit skins for the Clarion and OVE9000, among a number of others. I have the opt-in enabled and can edit other weapons.

Is it something on my end that is affecting the editing process? Maybe a mod or setting? Or are those weapons locked from editing?

I believe there was an issue with certain skins, which caused OVERKILL to lock them off temporarily.
If you really want to get add them early, there is a mod that allows you to do so. However you can expect some bugs / issues
